  • EDITOR CLIPPER: — The citizens of Kaysville and vicinity are indignant at being victimized by a buzzard concern that perched here a few months ago with the frills and feathers of an eagle.
  • It appears from rumor that a Mr. Pedagogic Smith last winter solicited ads., etc. to run a live paper to be conducted by experienced newspaper ability, to have in the beginning a circulation of 500, to be in- creased within a year to 1000; instead of which the people say that they have had a plate matter sheet, with less than 100 circulation; and for the several hundred dollars paid they have received neither pleasure nor profit.
       There is a strong talk on the street of making a combined suit against the ornithological genus for obtaining money under false pretenses.  Achie Bee was very modest in saying that there was nothing in it.      FRANK.
