New Exhibit & Scavenger Hunt
MOUNTAIN ROAD EXHIBIT – KFH Museum announces a new exhibit titled, Old Mountain Road: A Multitude of Uses. The exhibit is on display at the Fruit Heights City administration building opening April 1st. The public is invited to visit during regular office hours to learn how the trail grew into a road. Mail riders (slower but similar to the pony express), stage coach, buggies, wagons and people of foot all used this corridor of travel from ancient times through the early part of the 20th Century before the highway was constructed.
IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS – In April, local museums countywide will all share items and activities that display small collection items. The KFH Museum will display items in the current Clover Club Display in the Kaysville City Building foyer and in the Fruit Heights City Building’s Old Mountain Road Exhibit. Visit to view the smallest CC potato chip bag ever at the display in Kaysville, and an artifact from a stagecoach station in the Fruit Heights City Building foyer among other featured items. - Pick up the entry form at the Clover Club display in the north foyer of the Kaysville City Building. You can also click here to download.
- Check off the items found in both the Kaysville and Fruit Heights locations.
- Turn in your form in the container provided in Kaysville and for participation, pick up a Clover Club collector pin.
